Ouch my Butt!

Mike found a used baby bike trailer on craigslist for about 1/3 of the original price so we took Violet out for a bike ride on Sunday. It's really nice and looks brand new. Violet seemed to like going for a ride, she slept for almost half the trip. We went on a 10 mile ride on an old railroad track turned bike path. It was a pretty trail and had a small incline on the way up, so the way back I didn't have to pedal as much. But since it's been years since I've ridden a bike, my butt was sore yesterday! There are a TON of bike paths in the area and a really scenic one along the Great River Road which follows the Mississippi River where it meets the Missouri and Illinois Rivers. Thats near where we go hiking too. Anyway, Violet has the life though... no pedaling, just enjoy the ride.
